I'm not familiar with the new shades / How do I find my shade? Send us your picture in the chat window and we will have an artist help color match you.

When will you restock the foundations? We are working hard on preparing for the launch of our New and Improved Buffing Foundations! Creating a new product requires a lot of time to get it just right and that's what we are busy doing! We promise it will be worth the wait. I placed an order. When will my package arrive?
All packages ship via USPS. The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days. Please keep in mind that during the current pandemic, holidays or big promotional launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience. 

What method is used for shipping?
All packages are shipped via USPS.

Do you offer returns? All Sales Are Final* We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please note, Cosmakery Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse all returns. Please keep in mind that colors will appear different on individuals depending on skin tone and lip pigmentation. Items will not be replaced or exchanged for this reason

 

My order was incorrect / Something was damaged? We are so sorry about that and we're happy to fix this. Please email us with your order number and we will address the issue.

We currently do not ship outside of the U.S

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at info@cosmakery.com with your inquiry.

Can I change my order once I've placed it?'
No adjustments can be made after the order is made but you can adjust your shipping information within 24 hours. Just email us at info@cosmakery.com with your order number and we will get that taken care of for you.
